Dr. Gloria Siu is the Chief Executive of GUM, a boutique consulting firm which provides solutions to corporate on MPF and employee benefits. Gloria has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry; expertise on all industry aspects including corporate pension, employee benefits, general insurance and financial planning, from operations to business development; individuals to corporations. With the aim to increase public awareness on MPF and retirement, Gloria led the GUM Research Team to conduct MPF focused studies and publish findings every year. Holding her belief in active management and continuous education, more than 300 seminars on various MPF development topics were conducted and the unique corporate solution – Pension Advisory Model was developed. Gloria is also in great interest to the healthcare development in Hong Kong, research focuses on employment based health insurance value and efficiency. KK Tong joined the Hong Kong Integrated Oncology Centre (HKIOC) in October 2018 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in early 2020. He is responsible for the operation and development of the Group's three Ambulatory Oncology Centres and one Diagnostic Imaging Centre in Hong Kong. Over the past few years, the Hong Kong Integrated Oncology Centre (HKICC) has grown to become one of the largest day oncology centres, with the largest team of specialists, in Hong Kong. In recent years, under the leadership of KK, the Centre has been actively involved in promoting exchanges and collaborations among healthcare institutions in the Greater Bay Area and working with universities to provide training and employment opportunities for local students. Prior to joining HKIOC, KK worked at Amgen, the world's largest independent biotech company, as the General Manager of Hong Kong & Macau, where he was responsible for setting up and leading the Hong Kong affiliate. Prior to joining Amgen, KK had worked for two multinational pharmaceutical companies, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and UCB. During his tenure, he has taken up different positions with increasing responsibility. In addition to Hong Kong, he was also responsible for marketing in various markets in Asia, including Taiwan, Korea and other ASEAN countries. He has more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. KK graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a major in Biochemistry. He also holds a Master of Health Services Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master of Science in Data Science and Business Statistics from CUHK. Professionally, KK is an Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives and the Australian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM). KK is very passionate about advancing medical services. From 2014 to 2019, he wrote a column on Western medicine for the Hong Kong Economic Journal and published more than 100 articles. In 2019, he co-founded the Hong Kong Institute for Innovative Medicine with some equally enthusiastic members of the healthcare industry and became one of its founding directors. In recent years, KK has also been appointed as a part-time visiting lecturer by the School of Professional and Continuing Education of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to share his experience with different members of the community. Biotech start-ups Living Tissues and Heranova appointed KK as advisor in 2020 and 2023 respectively to assist them in translating scientific research results into commercial products for market launch. In September 2021, KK was recommended by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance and won the ''Best Business Service Award'' in the 2nd Greater Bay Area Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs Awards.

Mr Hung is a seasoned HR strategist with more than 25 years of industry expertise. He has been a member of the executive management teams of several global organisations, where he oversaw the development and implementation of effective and creative human resource policies and programs. His career has included major leadership positions in Chinachem Group, Richemont Asia Pacific, PepsiCo, Caltex, and Hong Kong Disneyland. Mr Hung has held region-wide responsibilities throughout his career in Asia Pacific, leading strategic HR transformation, talent development, and reward projects in numerous markets. His regional leadership has allowed him to traverse a variety of cultural and business situations, aligning global HR objectives with local requirements. In addition to his corporate activities, Mr Hung is an executive coach and a reward management thought leader. He received the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) accreditation from HRCI in 2019 and the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) title from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches in 2015. He has also been a Faculty Member of WorldatWork since 2005. Mr Hung is highly committed to giving back to the community and improving the HR profession. Mr. Michael Chan is responsible for the development of strategy to drive healthy and steady growth of GUM. Michael has over 30 years of international life insurance and wealth management experiences. He took on a number of management positions in a reputable multi-national life insurance and wealth management company for more than 17 years, where he had worked as a product line manager of life and medical insurance products. He was also the country manager of Malaysia as CEO of the public listed company until he joined GUM (formerly ''Gain Miles'') in April 2013. Michael was the Chairman of the Board of the Medical Insurance Association of the Hong Kong Federal of Insurers from 1999 to 2000 and the first Chairman to publish the Medical Insurance Claim Statistical reference report. A fellow Member of the British Royal Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, qualified member of the society of Registered Financial Planners and Life Insurance Management Research Association, Michael holds an Accounting Degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Professor Peter P. Yuen is Dean of the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Dr. Rachel Chan is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She earned her Mphil in CUHK and PhD from HKU. Dr. Chan's primary research interests focus on sleep and mental health problems, the treatment and prevention of sleep disorders, and the intricate relationship between sleep and psychopathology. Her work has significantly contributed to the field through her involvement in various epidemiological studies and interventional trials aimed at improving sleep health outcomes. Her research findings have been presented at numerous international conferences and published in esteemed peer-reviewed journals. As a principal investigator, Dr. Chan has successfully secured funding from the Health Medical Research Fund (HMRF) and the Research Grant Council (RGC) and several knowledge transfer funding. She has also been recognized with several young investigator awards at international sleep conferences in 2018 and 2021, highlighting her contributions to the field. In addition to her research endeavors, Dr. Chan is actively engaged in community service. She currently leads a large-scale insomnia project in Hong Kong, which aims to provide support to Hong Kong residents. This project reflects her commitment to addressing sleep health issues within the community and demonstrates her dedication to making a meaningful impact on public health.
