Throughout his career, Alex has built a reputation for delivering impactful HR solutions in complex, multicultural environments. His expertise spans compensation strategy, organizational development, HR systems implementation, and expatriate management. Mr. Bau has more than 30 years of pension sales experience and strong channel relationships. Prior to joining Manulife, he oversaw direct sales for AXA's local pension and group insurance business. Before that, he held a manager position at HSBC Insurance in Hong Kong, overseeing employee benefits sales.
Mr. Bau obtained a Professional Diploma in Financial Planning and a Professional Diploma in Retirement Schemes Management from HKU SPACE and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in the UK.

Gloria has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry; expertise on all industry aspects including corporate pension, employee benefits, general insurance and financial planning, from operations to business development; individuals to corporations. With the aim to increase public awareness on MPF and retirement, Gloria led the GUM Research Team to conduct MPF focused studies and publish findings every year. Michael has over 30 years of international life insurance and wealth management experiences. He took on a number of management positions in a reputable multi-national life insurance and wealth management company for more than 17 years, where he had worked as a product line manager of life and medical insurance products. He was also the country manager of Malaysia as CEO of the public listed company until he joined GUM (formerly ''Gain Miles'') in April 2013.
Michael was the Chairman of the Board of the Medical Insurance Association of the Hong Kong Federal of Insurers from 1999 to 2000 and the first Chairman to publish the Medical Insurance Claim Statistical reference report. A fellow Member of the British Royal Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, qualified member of the society of Registered Financial Planners and Life Insurance Management Research Association, Michael holds an Accounting Degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr Wallace Lau joined the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) in December 2023 as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Executive Director. He is responsible for the formulation of MPF policies and regulations, external affairs and liaison, as well as the corporate affairs of the MPFA.
Before joining the MPFA, Mr Lau served as an Administrative Officer up to Deputy Secretary/ Commissioner in various bureaux and departments of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, responsible for home and youth affairs, Chief Executive's Office, transport and housing, education as well as food and environmental hygiene, etc. He is currently a member of Hong Kong Academy of Finance and Steering Committee of Asian Financial Forum 2026 as well as an Honorary Advisor of Hong Kong Volunteer Award.

Ms Zita Chung leads the multi-assets portfolio management activities in AIA Investment Management HK Limited, managing public funds including those on Hong Kong and Macau retirement platforms. She has over 23 years of portfolio management experience across multiple assets classes. Prior to joining AIA, Ms Chung was the Chief Investment Officer leading investment activities across Sun Life Asset Management (HK). She joined Sun Life as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the insurance portfolios and later took on a leadership role in the regional office, driving strategic initiatives and investment activities across Asia. Prior to that, Ms Chung was a Director of Consulting at Mercer Investment Consulting providing investment advice for institutional clients in the region.
