Richard Ho is the Employees Benefits Business Development Director of AXA Hong Kong and Macau. He is responsible for managing the business development across all channels including agency, broker,  bancassurance and direct, and the strategic planning of AXA’s employee benefits business.

He has been focusing on client servicing by providing innovative solutions that address the health and wellness needs of multinational and large corporate clients and their employees. With his in-depth knowledge with the consultative approach and extensive network in the market, he is now driving changes and transforming the design and shape of employee benefits plans.
