Emily Li is the Chief Employee Benefits & Wellness Officer of AXA Hong Kong and Macau. She is responsible for managing corporate employee benefits portfolio (including Group Life and Group Health), strategic planning of wellness proposition and steering “Payer to Partner” strategy for AXA Hong Kong and Macau.

Emily joined AXA in 2004 and was appointed as Chief Employee Benefits & Wellness Officer in 2021. She has extensive experience in building distribution channels, developing business for portfolio growth and driving breakthrough in the health insurance, e.g., launched B2B2C wellness solutions to the market. She developed best practices in the insurance strategy and oversaw the development of customer centric administration and operation model for over 20 years.

Emily is a delegate of the Medical Insurance Association under The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI), which she devotes her professionalism and expertise to the industry.
