Jim Heng is the Director of Channel Strategy, Distribution, and Sales at Bupa Hong Kong. He has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits and individual medical insurance across the Asia region. He specializes in distribution strategies, and distribution channel management and is passionate about building an efficient model of care and bringing quality, affordable healthcare solutions to customers.
In the first 10 years of his career, Jim worked in business development at AIA Singapore, responsible for brokers and direct distribution channels. In the following years, Jim helped major insurance companies build and establish their Asia presence and led regional teams in Asia.
Prior to joining Bupa Hong Kong, Jim was the Chief Distribution Officer at Cigna Hong Kong and Head of Health at AXA Singapore, leading business development, client management, and strategy.
