Keith is a passionate consultant, trainer, leadership, and career coach. He is also a strategic HR business partner working closely with senior management. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, his focus is to help organizations grow and manage change by unleashing human potential. His specialties are organizational and digital transformation, process re-design, large-scale change management, strategic planning, program and tools development, and facilitations.

Before joining PolyU, Dr. Chau has worked with CEOs in a range of industries including financial services, business services, manufacturing, healthcare, and public entities and acted as an associate director of a listed company. As a consultant, he conducts in-house training and advises private and government sectors on new management concepts and entrepreneurship training in Hong Kong, Macau and China. His extensive work and training experience helps clients to get valuable insights and advice. He is a Certified Behavior Consultant and columnist of newspaper platform.
